Gymnastics Class

Instructor: Miss Elizabeth

Our gymnastics program introduces children to the fundamentals of balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate activities, students learn basic skills like rolls, jumps, handstands, and simple routines. Our focus is on building confidence, body awareness, and a love for movement — all while having fun and staying active.

Miss Elizabeth brings warmth, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children to every class. Designed for beginners, this program gives every child a safe and supportive space to try something new, celebrate small wins, and develop a foundation of physical confidence that will serve them for years to come.

Intro to Soccer Class

Ages 2 – 8

Our soccer program brings the world’s most popular sport to life for young players — no experience required. Through fun drills, small-sided games, and age-appropriate skill building, children learn the basics of dribbling, passing, teamwork, and sportsmanship in an upbeat and encouraging environment.

More than just kicking a ball, our intro soccer program teaches children how to work together toward a common goal, communicate with teammates, and handle both winning and losing with grace and confidence. It’s active, it’s social, and it’s a whole lot of fun.

Intro to Martial Arts & Self-Defense Class

Martial Arts Instructor: Miss Jazzy

Led by Miss Jazzy — a black belt in MMA who has been practicing martial arts since the age of two and a half — our martial arts program introduces children to the fundamentals of self-defense in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where every child feels supported and celebrated.

This program is about far more than physical technique. Miss Jazzy uses martial arts as a vehicle for teaching children some of life’s most important lessons: respect, self-control, discipline, focus, and resilience. Whether your child is shy and looking to build confidence or naturally energetic and ready to channel it, this class meets them exactly where they are.

Children will learn how to listen, follow directions, practice basic self-defense movements, and treat others with kindness and respect — all while having an incredible time with one of Bright Bears’ most high-energy and passionate instructors.

From day one, the staff made us feel comfortable and confident that he was in great hands. He’s come home excited about colors, numbers, and even simple science projects like watching plants grow or mixing colors to make new ones. One thing that really stands out is how attentive the team is to each child’s individual needs. They can get messy sometimes but the kids love the fun. My second daughter was born with cleft lip and palate and has significant developmental delays but everyone there loves her.
